Tsunoda basically screwed RBR in qualy. That said, I think this will be a repeat of the US but with Merc not having a pace advantage to catch after the final pit stops. Think Max will probably win relatively easily.

Just watched the highlights and can't say I agree with that. Assuming you mean when he went off towards the end, he was nowhere near either of them. Perez and Verstappen made their own mistakes. They screwed themselves.

We'll see how the actual race goes. Hoping Lewis can do what he needs to keep the championship alive. Really don't want Max to win it and the tears from Horner would be delicious.

I was indifferent until Silverstone, but now I want Hamilton to win it so much just for this reason.

Ideal scenario would be a Mercedes 1-2 with Hamilton winning, on merit or gifted doesn’t really matter. I’d love it if it went to the final race like 2010 and 2012 though.

I'd love Perez to win this, but just don't see it happening, even without team orders being a thing.

I'm not seeing Mercedes has being underdogs though. Recently there have been plenty of tracks where they looked strong.

Think that's race over at the front. Merc needed to keep Max behind. Now Hamilton is racing 3 RBRs in effect and doesn't have the pace on Max.

Yeah barring any reliability issues or mistakes, this is Max’s race and WDC to lose in my opinion, I know there’s still a few races to go but I really don’t see how they don’t win this year.

Ferrari power units going well this weekend, Vettel doing a solid job as well, hopefully he can clear Giovinazzi soon and start making a gap for himself in 7th.

But then look at the distance Lewis is putting between him and Perez. I know it's impossible to properly judge drivers in different cars, but Lewis and Max just seem so far ahead as drivers than anyone else on the grid.
