I mean, really pants. A family member was waiting outside my flat at 2pm, texting me to let him in.

I didn't get the text until 5pm. The family member is pissed off and buggered off home at 3pm.

I had to take a snapshot of the time/text I recieved to show him that I wasn't avoiding him at all. :fp:

Said family member is a spastic for not trying to call you.

He's deaf.

Hey, could you guys with iOS5 try this out please?

Go to your Settings, then Sounds. Click on Ringtone, and play one of the Ringtones. Now, go back out and go into Text Tone. Try to play the same sound you just played. Does the sound through Ringtone sound really tinny compared to the Text Tone version?

They both sound the same to me.

Hmm, okay. Thanks.

Oh, for strawberry float's sake :fp:

Seems like iTunes is the new Xbox Live. Just logged into my e-mail and there's a message from Apple saying someone has bought "掌上三国" with my account on a device that has not previously been associated with my Apple ID. Head straight to iTunes and I've got £2 something left, down from £54. Some tossbag has bought a £34.99 app and a £14.99 in game purchase. Gonna e-mail them now saying I haven't bought that wank, it's a device that's not even registered to my account, so give me my strawberry floating money back.

Unbelievable :fp:

EDIT: Holy gooseberry fool, why, when I go to "Report a problem" do I get an FAQ page, and then something about Apple Express Lane? What's so hard about just sending a sodding e-mail? I'm pretty sure all this pretentious bollocks is new, as before I could just select a topic of issue and write a little message and that was it. Good Christ, I don't need all this rubbish right now, you idiots.

EDIT 2: Right, reported. Jesus Christ, what an incredibly gooseberry fool day. First the trains cock up, now this. Ridiculous.

Let that be a lesson to everyone. Best to have solid passwords.

The password I used before was apparently stronger than the one I've replaced it with, despite the replacement password being twice as long and relatively random.

Yeah that's what I thought. It sounds like a dodgy phishing app/game. I remember reading a while ago about people who had downloaded some Japanese MMO game getting their account hacked.

Proud owner of an iPhone 4 for the past few months. Thought I was already posting in the iPhone thread but turns out it was the iPhone gaming thread. Not that I use it for much else though :shifty:
