My sister once barely managed to stop the cat eating a sewing needle, little strawberry floater ran off with it and had to have it wrestled out of his mouth before he could swallow it.

once my dog ran into the room and she had a pair of scissors in her mouth. managed to get them off her before she did herself any harm

Our 16 month Labrador (Percy) now has a friend - Gunner, who has just turned 1. Not sure what breed he is exactly perhaps a lab collie cross?
