Close- I got rid of my marine fish about a month ago, and spent the past few weeks converting the tank to freshwater.
I'm pretty confident I'm onto a winner this time, though. I did a water change the other day, and the whole thing took ten minutes from start to finish!

No more balancing salt levels then
Something really captivating about watching fish swim about.

He's settled right in, very trusting, getting slightly less needy as he relaxes.
The vet said he could be a Norwegian forest cat, although he was a bit small. Looking at pics of the dark/black ones, he does have a lot of similarities. Maybe when he's bulked up a bit and his fur is in better condition he'll be more typical, or he could be a mix of that and something else.

His stomach is pretty upset at the moment, might be the worms or the change in diet to cat food, or something else. Hard to tell when there's no background on him.

Look. At. That. Cat.
Norwegian Forest Cat would be my guess for the dense and fluffy fur.

Bad choice of jumper for cat claws surely though? My grandmas cats used to love clawing at anything

He's very un-clawy, he kneads his bed and shreds the scratching post (and carpet...) but with us he doesn't really get them out. He lies on you then after a while stretches out and pats your face with his claws out, but really, really gently.

Ah the jumpers will be safe then, same can’t be said about your carpets then, good to hear he’s settling in well

Must be a pretty large cat considering the size of that set, too
