The age of the game doesn't have a bearing on a publisher's decision on whether to include it with PS Plus - they do it to raise a game's profile or to receive financial renumeration from Sony on a game that might not be making any significant income. GTA: V is still one of the best selling and most profitable games of this generation and possibly last. It's currently 9 in the UK sales charts. GTA IV wasn't ever included with PS Plus and I don't think this will be. But I get your point - Sony should be offering us Christmas deals on more recent games!

Dead rising 4 is supposed to be out tomorrow on PS4, all retailers have it listed as tomorrow but it's still not on the PS store.

My membership runs out on the 7th and I won't be renewing it for a while. I know I'll lose access to my Plus games but I don't play them anyway so what am I losing exactly? Meh.

Oh well. I'm glad I managed to break 10m on demolition mode.

Mine is up in the middle of next year. Don't think I'll bother renewing as I don't use online much. Only renewed last year when they auto renewed me and took it directly from my PSN credit.

Am I right in thinking if I don't renew I lose the following:

Free PS Plus Games
Cloud Saves
Online multiplayer gaming
