Also would anyone have any interest in having a kick about if the weather's nice? Maybe play some World Cup or something.

As long as I get my gamble on.

Any particular games people want me to bring, or are we just going to go OFC nuts again?

We'll definitely be dipping into OFC, although I probably won't be able to play for money. I'm in a bit of a tough position money wise at the moment and need to keep as much as I can.

You should definitely bring some board games though. Some which are strategy based would be appreciated.

Just looking at the tournaments, they are all very similar, so maybe its best we decide what day we most wanna hit casinos, and what day we want as our 'games' day if you will.

OK. I personally feel that Games Day would be best on Saturday. If When one of us goes deep on Friday we're probably not going to want another potential long night at the casino the very next day.

Sure I'm happy with Saturday being games day.

Any ideas on which board games you are considering bringing? If we could get a sneak peak and get an opinion/summary of them that would be very cool.

I have around 50 at this point, so I have quite a choice.

Everything from 3-4 hour epics like Spartacus, to short party games like Pit.

This I believe is the full list;

Absolute Balderdash
Android: Netrunner
Bang!
Betrayal In House On The Hill
Camel Up!
Cards Against Humanity
Cash 'N' Guns
Catan + six player expansion
Coup
Cranium
Cutthroat Caverns
Dixit Odyssey
Dungeon Raiders
Escape: Curse Of The Temple
Excape
Forbidden Island
Hero Quest
Hey! Thats My Fish!
Huggermugger
Incan Gold
Jungle Speed Safari
King Of New York
King Of Tokyo + Power Up! Expansion
Libertalia
Lords Of Waterdeep
Love Letter
Marvel Dice Masters
Mindtrap
Monty Python Fluxx
Mr. Jack
Munchkin
Pit
Polarity
Quarriors + 2 Expansions
Room 25
Skull
Smash Up
Snorta
Spartacus
The Adventurers: Pyramid of Horus
The Dwarf King
The Resistance
The Resistance: Avalon
Thebes
Times Up!
Tribond
Werewolf
Wits & Wagers

If you go on to Youtube, search for these titles and add the words 'Tom Vasel', you'll see the best board game reviewer on the planet review them. Hes just the right level of geeky, super passionate about games, but on a social level and what they offer in fun.

Make sure to check these out Drum.

If there is a 'sort' of game you want to play, and its not represented on this list, then I could maybe get something as well.

Will do. I had a look at a few and Room 25 caught my eye as I'm a fan of Cube. Vasel however said that the semi co-op game is much better but you need 5-6 players to make it work. If my gf plays that would be 5.

Sat, DML and PPM - just to help with your planning and such - we will need to leave my place just before 7pm on Friday to allow for traffic and parking in order to get inside and registered for the tournament.

Also, you'll need some valid ID to register with the Rendezvous and don't forget to bring your Grosvenor cards.

I think DML's taken Friday off so that should be fine, I guess we'll check into the hotel before heading to yours.

I really have no idea where my Grosvenor card is :dread: I can just turn up and give them my deets, right?
