I fully endorse that sentiment.

Stay tuned for the new series of Falsey-brand prebuilds.

I'm not sure of the average computation power of bins, to be honest. But I suspect the overall MIPS rating to be rather too low on your entrant to run Crysis.

Honestly, the CPU in the Zoostorm doesn't seem utterly beyond redemption. The motherboard does seem pretty cruddy though, with only HD2000 graphics and 4xSATA 2 ports. Seems like it would be a very low-end chipset.

And you're failing to consider the terrible layout. Look at the rear shot. 4 slots? Thats gonna be ace for cooling. Whats the cabling and gooseberry fool like inside? Are the drivebays gonna block anything decent fitting in?

Its a strawberry floating turd.

Doesn't really matter if its not being used anyway. But the number of ports it has does usually imply the level of the motherboard: Retail boards usually come with about twice as many expansion ports for this level of chip, don't they?

Like I said before, prebuilds are a crapshoot. A very expensive £400 or £500 crapshoot. Unless you expectations are very meagre, I'd advise against.

£395 + £30 + £95 = £520

Slightly over budget, but should be a machine capable of running most games on Medium-High settings at 1080p with a playable framerate.

Not much room for expansion, but those parts should fit together and play games without the need for any expansion for now. In future perhaps a better graphics card will extend its life a few years.

Exactly why would most people need more SATA ports? Its a budget PC on a budget without the hassle of putting it all together. It is what it is and if you have a problem with it, then I'd suggest thats something you probably want to examine for yourself

No it really strawberry floating isn't.

You might care about that gooseberry fool, but that doesn't mean everyone else has to.

This is actually strawberry floating mental!!! The only redeeming "feature" of a prebuild is the fact that when it arrives you turn it on and it works! but instead hugo is saying you should pull the thing apart and start changing parts around!!! its actually mental!

Not if you are running it normally it won't.

If you are running high end components and overclocking without a good design then your machine might have problems later on.

A normal PC isn't going to die because of a bad case layout. Not unless its a really bad layout.

I built a PC for £350 last week that would blow that gooseberry fool out of the water.

I specced a machine last night for £520 that would nuke it from orbit.

If you want to piss money away then I recommend hookers and cocaine.

But its 500 quid! thats like decent money to spend on something decent this makes no sense instead you would rather spend it on a machine made by a brand ive only ever heard of making some very very cheap netbooks! you literally have no idea of the components they have used and before you say that someone wont care what parts they have used they will when the psu blows or the HDD dies taking all there data with it!

At the very cheap end i could maybe see the point for someone who just wants a computer to work and doesnt want to piss about but then at that point id say why bother with a desktop when a laptop/netbook would be better but when you get to this sort of price bracket it makes no sense to waste money on something like this.

£350? Bollocks.

And I take it we aren't going to the trouble of buying a copy of Windows 7 in that price. Yeah piss off Falsey.

Also i bet some of those components could be used later on when you upgrade? Amirite? Wheres i dont think theres anything in these prebuilds we are linked to could be used again in fact id be suprised if they last longer then a year.
