Pleased more people will get to play Godfall. I'll buy the DLC expansion when it's cheap. It's a nice game. It's very shiny, combat is solid and sound is excellent too. I really enjoyed it on PS5 at launch. It certainly looks next gen.

I'm really happy with a Lego game on Plus, I wanted marvel super heroes 2 buy this will do for now.

The PS Plus lineups rarely appeal to me much in comparison to Gamepass which seems to get a new release or such.

This would end up making it more expensive though if you don't want the free games and only sub to play online.

It is a bit of a weird setup, ideally for me the free games in plus would get dropped, PS+ would become an online play only sub at a cheaper price, and PS Now would be the game subscription service. Won't happen though

The DC Super Villains game isn’t great. My house are part time LEGO game fans and we didn’t enjoy it much. The map is a nightmare and it’s so bloody dark, literally. Maybe the auto HDR on PS5 might help.

Edit: I *think* that Mortal Shell can be upgraded to the PS5 version for free? Hopefully, as I'd like to try that on PS5.

Hang on... am I misunderstanding things here? Does this Godfall "Challenger Edition" not includes the campaign mode? The PS Blog says:

Yeah. It's a trial edition PS+ sinking to new lows. Had it been a +1 to three other games, then fine. Or at a push it came with a substantial discount on the full game. But giving it top billing and it's not even the full thing? What a load of rubbish.

Yikes. That's a massive piss take. The game is enjoyable and the campaign is story light but has a lot of action. Shame they don't just releas the full gamenfree and then encourage people to buy the add on dlc for £8 in the sale.

I'm not quite sure what the Challenger Edition is. I bought the "Standard Edition" and there is an expansion currently in the sale (until 22 December) at 50% off, making it £7.99. I dunno what the price is gonna be to upgrade the Challenger Edition to the full game.

This PS Plus version feels a bit messy which is a shame. I've enjoyed what I've played of the (full) game so far, though.
