I've got a big soft spot for the medium of radio. Not the music shows, but the plays, talks, documentaries, stand up, comedy, quiz shows etc.
The Now Show returned this week
God bless Iplayer.
What do you listen to and why?
Also listening to new shows of:
Just a Minute
The News Quiz'
I'm Sorry I Haven't A Clue
That one David Mitchell hosts, whose name I've forgot
And the radio has tons of repeats if you know where to look.
It's just a shame each run seems to be so short (6-8 weeks
)

I listen to ISIHAC. It's back on now, with guest presenters until they can settle on a permanent replacement for Humph.
EDITED: Seems I missed the start of the series! Oh damn!

Talk radio is infinetley better than music radio. Shame theres next to no good talk radio (not sport related) in this country. I listen to five live a lot these days. Used to listen to LBC at lot before it went down the pan

I use Iplayer - cba to muck about with the schedules.
Or you can download things from other channels

Yeah, big fan of the Now Show, not listened to this weeks, sadly, and I like other Radio 4 panel shows, plays when I catch them, Gardener's Question time, which I find relaxing despite not having especially green fingers, and 'Any Questions?'. Occasionally they'll be a documentary which I'll tune in to.
This year's Reith Lectures have been great as well, still have a couple to catch up on. Mark Thomas is doing a series right now, too. Again, which I haven't caught up with yet.
A week from now I'll be back living with my family, who'll gawp at a television all day long. Not watching anything, mind. Just watching whatever bores them the least.

Hexx, what do you make of the new series of ISIHAC so far? I look forward to seeing how Jack Dee handles the presenter's chair, as I think he can pull off the detached, cynical style much better than Stephen Fry could.

I'll probably get flamed by some but I only really listen to Radio 1. Moyles as I wake up and Mills on the way home.
I sometimes listen during the day, but I can't stand Edith Bowman so I instantly turn off when she's on.
