When i was looking a couple of weeks ago and Blue was "currently unavailable".

Also the claims of 3000 dlc songs are very exaggerated. the current number in the shop seems to fall slightly below that figure, and well over half of those seem to be "currently unavailable".

I find it a little dispiriting to play this on my tele as the sound is so crap. However, in conversation yesterday it turns out my mate (who's leaving to live in America in October) has a component 5.1 system that he's built up over several years and that cost him about £1600 in total. He's offered to sell it to me for £50.

Weird. You could try buying them through the Rock Band site if you already know what songs you want. Each song has a link to it's download on the Xbox marketplace.

Also the 3,000 includes Rock Band 1, 2 and 3, Lego Rock Band and AC/DC and Green Day Rock Bands...

No Blue on the xbox.com site either.

I think i also noticed that not long after i downloaded Journey - dont stop believing, that too got removed from being able to download.

It seems with some of these songs you have to get them fast otherwise they get taken down.

There has been a handful of songs that have been taken down from packs. There was one Miley Cyrus and a Snoop Dogg song taken down that I know of. Maybe Microsoft are just messing around with the servers? How long have you noticed this for?

For a good couple of weeks now i havent seen those 2 songs on the dashboard or in game rock band 3 stores. Most of the ones "currently unavailable" do seem to be RBN songs (i think).

Just load it up for yourself and browse all by artist. There just seems to be loads of "not available" ones. Having said that most of the "big" name artists are unaffected.

Yup I'm pretty gutted about The Stokes Especially as they are one of the most influential bands of the 00's. I doubt we will ever get them again either, as the last album release has been and gone and we've had nadda

Well I can't find anything on DLC being taken down. I'll ask the question in a few days if it's still the same.


Harmonix at PAX

Not much on the Rock Band front that we don't already know. I've bookmarked the video from 36 minutes onwards as that's the Rock Band part, but before that they talked about Dance Central 2 and the new iOS app, Vidrhythm.
