There's always next week. BELIEVE. Haven't heard of either of the DLC tunes this week so hopefully the challenge isn't something annoyingly obscure.

It's pretty wild how many comments on their twitter posts are always asking for a new run of instrument peripherals and they just get totally blanked. Doesn't paint them in a good light.

Oh I don’t mind, as long as we get to the tier below bloodstone before the season ends it’s all gravy.

I tried last night but I couldn't connect to the Rivals servers and my scores weren't being added.

Ben am I being a dunce or did you get Woman from somewhere else? I went into the Ready to Install list to get it to put in the spotlight scores and I can’t find it for love nor money.

Slim to none, I’ve accepted this. Although this week is classic/‘stadium’ rock, so the tune selection might be decent.

How much do we need roughly? A lot? I'll play a few more hours tonight and I could do a few more tomorrow night.

So, my drumkit's being doing that thing again where the xbox stops recognising the adapter, but I've discovered that if I reset my console, it starts working again. So would that suggest it's actually an issue with the xbox firmware just getting a bit befuddled about the obscure peripheral?

There's clearly something a bit dodge about the whole thing, because then once I reset the console the game refuses to read any of the DLC that's installed, even when I do the "Refresh Music Library" check... And then if I restart the console and try again it manages to load maybe 10 songs at a time when I cycle in and out of the quickplay menu  :fp:

It's the 6th anniversary this week and looks like the Game + Expansion, and the expansion on its own are on sale again. A few of the large DLC packs are on sale too but I imagine it wouldn't be cost effective for any one here as they are a collection of DLC over the years in one big bundle.

What happens if you just "quit" the game from the Xbox OS menu rather than a power off and on? The DLC should appear so something is up for sure. Have you got it on an external hard drive via USB? Could possibly be that the Xbox isn't picking up USB devices at all.

Nah, the game and all the DLC is saved onto the internal drive for dat speed :datass: I basically just ended up uninstalling it and reinstalling all the DLC to save myself the time going backwards and forwards getting it to find a couple of songs at a time :slol: Really weird. I'm tempted to get a replacement Xbox from Microsoft before the warranty or whatever runs out, because the "console doesn't differentiate between pressing and holding the share button" *has* to be an issue with the console itself, since the controller works exactly as intended on my Xbox One S, so there's clearly something up with the big boi somewhere.

(Also on a sales related note, it really frustrates me that they never seem to discount the game on it's own. I've got a disc copy of the game, and I obvs bought the Rivals DLC, so I don't *need* to buy the whole bundle again :x They seem so clueless about so much of this whole "how to sell your game well" thing)

Yeh I ended up buying the bundle myself to get the digital copy of the game for 2 Xboxs. It's basically free but you still feel ripped off ending up with Rivals twice. A bit like when things offer free delivery but the postage is built in to the item price so you end up paying more overall :x

My bad! It didn't show any gold stars on mine so maybe it's a bug. I'll do the drums and vocals on the two songs I have tonight.

Not sure you need to to be honest, the XP and LP from Cora (and me a little bit) has done the job.

I did the missing ones earlier and we are about 10% over the threshold. Nice one for getting us promoted every week buff!
