I have two of those. From memory Survivor is pretty straightforward on all parts and The Red Chord one is an easy crimson stars on brutal mode for vocals

We're in no danger of going up this week, even if we were at the top of the spotlight leaderboard the LP and XP required are mental. Better to conserve energy for week 8, IMO.

Also, the Dance Gavin Dance tune that was this week's other DLC tune is under Rock Band Network in the sources list. How do they pick the songs to bring back?

It's done almost entirely on sales and requests I think, with a sprinkling of "which rights are cheapest" thrown in for good measure. Dance Gavin Dance sold bizarrely well by the look of it as a few of their horrible songs have made the jump to RB4. At the moment they seem to be doing one new song and one RBN song per week(though I think the other song this week is another port, from Rock Band VR) and I can't see that changing too much.

Just hit my 1,500th gold star full combo, with The Darkness and I Believe In A Thing Called Love(overall score will pass 300m soon too, on 299,576,392 atm). Would be awesome to get to 2,000 but I feel like that's a big ask.

Current overall ranking for vocal full combos is 80th, with 1,501. The person in 39th has 1,986 so it's about to start getting tough to pass people.

Probably next but let's see where we get to with the spotlights before making a final decision. I'm insanely busy for the next week or so though so can't commit to owt.

Has anyone got this week's season pass DLC to actually download yet? They mentioned they were having issues with it the other day... Bit naff, really.

If I ask my Series X to download about 750 tunes at once is it going to gooseberry fool the bed and die like the Xbone used to, or can that big lad handle it?

Series X took about two hours to download our entire library last month and an additional 100 songs off someone else’s. Now it loads super quickly whenever I want to play. Definite upgrade on the Bone.
