Aye mate. I'll be grabbing them every season from here on in so you'll always have at least one challenge song for the week. :D

You all aren’t going to make me learn guitar, are you?

I bought the first couple of season passes but it ended up working out better for me just buying the songs I wanted rather than buying blind.

Regarding Rock Band database, I keep my song list in an excel spreadsheet. I update that every few months with what I've bought and can print it off or use the digital version whenever I have people over to play (which hasn't been for over a year thanks for COVID)

I mean if you wanted to make the jump to expert Buff, you'd be a fine man as well as a sexy mummy strawberry floater. I used to be passable but my hands are wreckage and I can't do it consistently anymore at all.

I've got a spreadsheet as well on Google Docs, but I've added about 300 songs in the last two months or so and was hoping for an easier way to keep track.

Up at 1564 songs now! Though four of them came in packs and don't have any vocal tracks for me at all.

I think you can export spreadsheets on RBDB? If so fill in the library you've got and then export the data and then manually enter the last few months of new songs? Can't be many in the last 6 months? 50 tops?

Oh good idea! Think it's something like 30 or 40 I've got in the last few months, shouldn't be too hard to sort!

Should be pretty easy the first three or four weeks, but I'll chip in where I can as always!

Getting the season pass? Doesn’t seem like great value for money to the uneducated.

Aye I will get it. It’s generally good value in that you’re getting 16 songs for the price of 14 or whatever, but tune quality does vary significantly.

It can't be any worse than last seasons pass :shifty:

You could always hold off for the first 3-4 weeks. You will see what the first half of the pass contains that way and it wouldn't prevent us progressing in the early stages.

Last season's pass was appalling, yeah. However, the ultimate plan is to have the entire music library, so this is the best way to keep up to date.

Will probably need a couple of spotlight scores but other than that I think we’re golden.

You can download the week's new song for guitar and bass Buff. I'll put in a couple of scores this afternoon.

App reckons I've been turfed out of the crew.

I'll check next time I'm on the Series X.

We’re golden - 75% when we need to be > 40%.

A Dream Theatre tune is a Spotlight this week, not sure how I can get any half decent score out of that. Wish a top tier axe man wouid join, where is Pred when you need him? :x
Bulls on Parade, by Rage, and a newly released tune by a band I’ve not heard of (featuring Tom Morello though) are the other two.
