Well if you’re interested I just picked up the Anthrax pack on the store(love Anthrax, should’ve gotten it years ago). Couple of MCR songs that were in this weeks challenge as well. Crap but easy to sing. And the Bruno Mars song too.

Err, also ended up grabbing Unsainted by Slipknot and a Bee Gees pack from last week that someone goaded me into downloading during a stream.

Anyone know if the Rock Band Database has stopped being updated? That would be a shame, but it doesn't look like they have anything past season 18's first few tracks.

Just kinda messing about at work looking at all the available songs and can see the first few singers will be starting to get to the big 3,000 full combos by the end of the year. Currently 2,910 songs with vocal parts(and about 21 without) by my probably wonky counting, at two or per week the 3,000th sing-song will be out first week in January!

I'm surprised we haven't already gone past 3,000 songs. I guess losing RBN last gen took a hit to the numbers.

How many is in your library now with Buffs combined?

RBN was crazy, there were well over 1,000 songs on that platform alone!

We've got 1,329 songs available to us, which is a pretty massive number. Almost half of the current library. According to RBDB there are 74 songs completely off-limits to us though, which is a shame. All of the Electric Six, Fleetwood Mac and Spinal Tap stuff, lost forever like tears in rain.

I’m kind of at the point of wanting to challenge myself and climb the leaderboards as much as buying songs I like, but there are still around 2-300 that I have on my wish list to download over the next year or so and am starting to grab season passes too.

Reddit seem to think that Harmonix took 4/20 day a bit too seriously in the office.

I’d take Taylor Swift DLC tbh, reckon it’d be great fun to sing. The season has skewed heavily towards 2000s metal and emo though so fully expecting more of that.

Side question to everyone - any bands you love who remain completely unrepresented in the game? And yes Frank, you can go ahead and say Taylor.

They’ve announced it, that lass with the funny green hair and someone else I’ve not heard of.
As for a band/artist I’d love to see, I’m absolutely baffled that there isn’t any Bruce Springsteen on there. And only 1 tune by the Stones. Makes the head spin. Off the top of my head - Bloc Party. Just throw Silent Alarm on there.

What a horrible pair of DLC songs. Regretting my season pass purchase at the moment tbh.

Great choices of band there. I'm a wee bit left field - Tame Impala and The National are a pair of less popular/significant bands that I'd bloody love to see in the game.

Tame Impala would be good too. I was a big fan of them in their early days, gone a bit off them in recent years. I guess the reason they're not in Rock Band is they're too expensive to licence and I think they made it in to a Guitar Hero game once.
