I don't think I twisted it during the run, so not too sure what the issue is, feels like the outside of my (left) ankle. Possibly tendonitis, but that seems a bit much as I don't do that much running and most places seem to say it is from over training and suggests 4 weeks off.
Any other ideas?
I don't know specifically what that could be but if you don't do much running it's usually best to ease up and recover if you feel an injury coming on. Might not need 4 weeks though. If it was me I'd maybe try a slow run at the weekend but stop right away if you notice any pain. If it's still bad then take a couple weeks off or see a doctor/physio.
Did a run (around 6k I think) over the weekend. Felt a little bit on my ankle, but not as bad.
Will take it easy, but a bit annoying as the 10k I'm doing is next month, so was hoping to ramp up my running if anything now, not to reduce/slow it down.
