Longer run from the app today,
10 min warm up of walk / jog
run for .5 of a mile

I ran the first warmup and the .5 but as I got to the last little bit of the .5 I came to steps I'd forgotten about so didin't quite finish that at a run. Was then strawberry floating knackered so walked for the cool down, felt better for the last few minutes so managed to finish on a run which was good.
Seem each run I improve or feel slightly better about it so thats good, not sure I'd say i'm enjoying it yet but I'm certainly not hating it
