That was some of the best I've ever seen Murray play, granted I only see the Grand Slams.

Murray did play very well, at the same time Nadal looked very far from his best.

Murray was superb this week. Two clay titles.

Well I think we can probably count out this year's French Open then.

EDIT: In fairness, he'd only be playing against the winner of their quarter final match if they both make it there. It's not as disastrous as it sounds. I still don't think he'll win the tournament, but a nice semi-final would set him up well for Wimbledon.

Currently, I don't see anything to suggest he should fear Nadal. Yes, he's won the event 9 times. But his form going into the French open has never been so bad. He's lost more matches in a clay court season ever and he's been bottling so many big game points. There was a stat that he lost more clay court matches this year than he did between 2006-2010.

Knowing Nadal, he will up his game. But I been saying that for the past 3 tournaments on clay.

Hopefully Federer does his job and gets to the final.

Watching the Murray v Kyrgios match live on ITV4. The amount of strawberry floats being shouted by both players is impressive, it's like a Tourettes convention.
