I think he'll end up with 24-25 slams, and Nadal is unlikely to match that with French Open wins, so Novak will probably be the all time GOAT once it's all done and dusted.

All depends on how his body copes - his fitness could fall off a cliff suddenly, which happens a lot in tennis. He's 34 so he'll start having more niggles to deal with all year round. But he's still in great physical shape so I'd expect him to get 24+ slams.

Murray throwing away a 5-0 lead, in what could have been a third and final set to win his first game back here. Making hard work of this.

I want to watch the France game, but also would like to see if Andy can win a game at Wimbledon. Can't imagine it'll happen many more times.

Ouch. So he lost the next 7 games, broken 4 times in a row.

Murray clearly not himself, but I fear this could be a devastating loss now. He's going to have to dig deep!

Well done Murray!

To be fair, losing a match from 2 sets and 5 games up in the third would be an achievement itself mind.

Sad to see Williams go out like that. I’m sure she’ll be back next year as there’s no way she’ll want the last image of competing at Wimbledon to be that.

Second retirement of the day too as Adrian Mannarino was looking to upset Roger Federer but had to quit due to injury.

Ticket holders would have been better off staying home and watching England today.

Currently Murray is 50/1 to win the tournament and 25/1 to get to the final.

25/1 is awfully tempting.

Good to know Kevin Pietersen and Piers Morgan are as classy as ever.

Literally her first senior tournament of any kind and it seems she'd have been better off crashing out in the first or second round.

Shes a kid in her first slam. What a load of shite. Good on Murray for calling them on it.

I like Lineker’s response to Piers

She did a very dignified interview the next day explaining that she was ok etc. Very classy. Everything that Piers isn’t really….. Basically she’s fine and she’ll be back. An 18 year old with a great sporting future ahead of her as opposed to a talentless old fart out of touch with everything. (Sounds a bit like me really!!)

Great win for Barty yesterday.
Hopefully a Djoko win and 20th slam today. Setting the tone for Italian sporting losses.

Berrettini did very well to come back in that first set, that service game with around 10 deuces was huge.
