Hoping this signals the end of Djokovic's dominance.

One man should not have this much power in this game. Luckily I'm not an ordinary man.

Dealing with domestic abuse allegations at the moment and was fined over 400,000 euro in Germany for it I think.

May well be but I'd still expect him to pick up a couple more slams before he's done.

Hope Sinner wins it. He kept his focus very well today.

Sinner in trouble here. Medvedev being more aggressive and hes really going for his second serve. Pretty much every service game hes been under pressure.

Looks like it will be a Belarus-Russia sweep in the singles

Sinner coming back. Shame he couldnt get the break in that second game. If he gets to a fifth set - he's got to be favourite. Medvedev has had some long matches.

Fifth set. Awesome from Sinner in the last 2 sets. Just hideously powerful hitting on his forehand.

Crazy comeback.

Who is the last player to have lost two Grand Slam finals while two sets up?

Great display from Sinner. Brilliant win and I had a bet on him so it's all good.

Can’t believe the BBC have got Nick Kyrgios on punditry duties for Wimbledon.

Nick is a really good pundit. I'd love for Novak to get one more Slam just to round it up to 25. Currently my favourite player is Alcaraz,he's a joy to watch. Swashbuckling tennis, always a smile on his face and doesn't rely on a massive serve to win games. I of course can't stand Zverev, he's a woman beating narcissist that looks ridiculous with all his strawberry floating bling.

I'm gonna be an emotional wreck when Andy says farewell at the Olympics, he's been my hero for sooooooo long. 3 Slams, 2 Olympic golds and 14 ATP 1000 titles in an era with 3 of the greatest players to ever hold a racquet. Sure Stan also won 3 slams but only a few ATP 1000 titles and hardy any other Slam finals when Andy the beaten finalist in almost 10 other Slams. You English folk can hate on him all you want but the man (part cyborg) is a legend in tennis. Might have picked up a few more titles if the past 5 years of injuries hadn't been so intense. On top of that, he doesn't pick his arse before every shot.

Rapidly-greying is Mediocre to Average at games :fp:

Yeah it’ll always be an enormous shame that his injuries neutralised his career after 2017, especially as it also coincided with the waning of Federer and Nadal’s time at the top. It does I think demonstrate how more “normal” a sporting legend he is though. In any other period he would have probably won a career slam and retired at a more typical age - he just happened to have had his entire career take place at the same time the three greatest tennis players of all time were also playing, so he’s ‘only’ won three major titles.

EDIT - Playing Creep over his montage, what? :fp:

Now that it's over I'd like to wish him well and acknowledge that he proved me wrong when he stepped up and won the big prizes I doubted he would.
Whilst not on a par as a whole with the big 3 - For a while he was up there. Without his injuries he almost certainly would have won more Slams than he did. Congratulations. Sometimes it's nice to be wrong.

Lovely send off from The crowd, too.

Even I felt it a bit when he hugged his brother.
