Between them Federer, Nadal and Djokovic have won 50 of the last 61 grand slams.

Really happy to see Murray playing well against an awkward strawberry floater in Duckworth.

Nice to see Murray doing what he does best. Losing and moaning about it.

strawberry floating Amazon have truly strawberry floated the dog here. No way to watch overnight matches without staying awake til 5am every day, that's the whole tournament ruined. Incompetent fuckwits.

Through AWS they have internal access to what is probably the world's largest resource of computing storage & bandwidth. Literally all they would have to do is leave up the streams for people to watch the next day. It would be the simplest strawberry floating thing on earth.

To be fair if Verdasco was talking to his team right in front of the supervisor then Murray has a right to be annoyed. Rules are there for a reason.

As for his game, I think he needs to do what Roger and Rafa have done which is try to keep the points shorter as possible. He’s not going to grind or outlast from back of the court. He won’t last very long with that type of play. He needs to be more aggressive, which has been my problem with Murray as he does have the ability but he’s just happy for the other guy to make mistakes.

Anyway Kyrgios

If Kyrgios was underperforming and the umpire felt the audience wasn't getting their money's worth then I don't see the problem with what the ump did. If however he was just straight up coaching for the sake of it then, yes, that's an issue.

The Kyrgios thing the definition of who gives a gooseberry fool.

The Cornet thing is much more worrying.

It is a problem because the Umpires job is not to go down and give him a pep talk.

If hes tanking then you give him a warning and then start giving points against him. There was no need for a umpire to go next to him and tell him that he should be trying harder. If you give him a warning then he’d get the message.

Serious question: Is what he did against the rules of the game/being an umpire?

Anyone see Federer’s winner against Kyrgios? He went from the side of the net it was so wide. Fantastic.
