In between points he looked absolutely knackered, and understandably so, but somehow kept turning it on to keep playing some great stuff. Unreal how he is still managing to do it after his surgery. I wonder how long he will continue for.

Excellent couple of sets in the Djoko Alcaraz match until he began to cramp up. Courtesy of having to work hard for every point courtesy of the GOAT on the otherside of the net. Alcaraz is the future superstar of the sport or certainly seems to be but Djokovic showed he's not ready to be dethroned yet. Hope he seals the deal on Sunday and makes himself officially the clear leader in Slams. Utterly phenomenal player.

Alcaraz admitted tension and demands of the game had got to him. That speaks volumes of the guy. Already got one slam and looks like he's going to win a whole lot more.

Zverev remains the nearly man. Swept aside yesterday. Could be two interesting finals.

Novak could be on the for the calendar slam here, the last male player to do it was Rod Laver in the 60s I think. He's got to be favourite at Wimbledon, plus he's allowed to play in the US Open this year due to the Covid requirements changing.

Entirely possible.

Great match today. Thought Swiatek had it sewn up but that last set was a belter. Didn't really want someone to lose.

Greatest of all time.

Courts slam record will almost certainly go next.

Calendar slam is a possibility although it's a tough ask.

To be 36 and still killing it like he is is beyond ludicrous.

Incredible stuff from Murray on Centre Court right now.

Damn. Come on Andy

If only Andy had challenged that call in the 4th set when it was 15/30 on Titsandass's serve, could have been a different result(or if they played on last night, should be a midnight finish imo). The Greek guy played an exceptionally high level of tennis throughout the match though and seems to come across as a decent bloke. I'm super depressed now, I'm a true Scot and only live about 30 miles from Dunblane.

Shame for Broady too, a really down to earth likeable guy. Norrie is deluded though if he genuinely believes he can be world number one.

Pity Nick isn't here with his crazy antics, now there is a guy whom could easily be number one if he didn't have a screw loose, such unfulfilled potential. I truly hope he's stopped the self harming, such a complex individual.

Battle of the babes tomorrow, tissues at the ready.

Great final. Jabeur looked in control in the first set then just succumbed. Got herself back in it and then same again.
Excellent from the new Champion. Really applied the pressure in both sets when her opponent was fragile.

Now onto tomorrow. Could be a cracker. If anyone can dethrone Djoko on Centre Court. Its this young lad. He's incredible. If he manages his nerves a the occasion - he could win and win well.

I watched it and thought it was pretty low quality? Jabeur was just spewing endless unforced errors into the net and Vondrousova did all she needed to win both sets against a misfiring opponent. She barely hit any winners at all and won in straights.

Really looking forward to tomorrow's match though! Novak might have a bit too much for Alcaraz on grass but he hasn't looked his absolute best this Wimbledon, so could be a real close one.

Amazing second set and now an early break in the third.

That second set was brilliant, this match has turned into something special after the one-sided first set.

I was lucky enough to get Centre Court tickets twice this year and have seen both Djokovic and Alcaraz this tournament, absolutely incredible players.

Wow. That was an incredible game. Brilliant from both players but Alcaraz putting Novak under pressure constantly there.

Djokovic really looks under pressure now, so rare to see that from him. Can never count him out though, his experience and mentality could end up counting for a lot as we get close to the end.

Incredible tennis. Still think Djoko can pick up a few more but that feels like a baton passing moment.

So young, so agile and just so strawberry floating good. Brilliant game amd brilliant stuff from the New Champ.
No limits to what this kid can achieve.

Think Novak will rue those unforced errors at 6-5 and 6-6 in the second set tiebreak.

I'm still marveling at that kid's performance. To hit the ball so well, so often and with such variety and invention. With such authority and poise was astonishing.
I make no secret that im Novak's biggest fan but you can't watch that without a big smile on your face and a real sense of wonder at how good this kid already is and what he might achieve.
As many have said - there was no escape from Alcaraz.

The future is bright.
