Awful episode.

Daryl and Carol’s scene was the highlight.

Also Eugene measuring a baby? Why? What a bellend.

Obvious that Negan will kill the fat whisperer leader.

The latest episode's ending is a huge bombshell. Easily one of the best twists.

And it always happen in the second last or last episode before the mid-season break.

I don't really get what happened to be honest.

Did Siddiq poison everyone because Alpha strawberry floated up his brain with what she did to the other captures or was it the other doctor whose name I can't remember and he killed Siddiq because he found out.

It was the other dr who poisoned everyone as he's a spy.

While Dante was apologising to Siddiq, he did the tongue clicking thing. He did the same thing while forcing Siddiq to watch his friends get beheaded by Alpha. Dante is the one who did the poisoning.

Wasn't Dante part of the Alexandria group before they knew about Whisperers?

I’ve read elsewhere that he changed something about the water reading that says if it’s safe to drink or not to make it look like it was safe, it was the other whisperer (can’t remember her name) that was poisoning the water supply with the dead walkers she was putting in the river, Siddiq found out he changed the readout and then he killed him to stop him from telling people/changing it back).

As for when he turned up I think it was between seasons 9 and 10? You’d have thought he’d have quite easily preferred his new way of life rather than with the whisperers so why he’s still a spy for them I don’t quite know.

Really would have thought that specific group of people would have been a bit smarter than to all blindly and silently follow Alpha into a dark hole single-file but apparently not.

Honestly as much as I’ve enjoyed the series as a whole (last two series of FTWD and a couple of series of TWD being the exceptions) I really wish they’d put it to bed soon.

TWD is alright for the most part, watchable and enjoyable but not a must watch like it used to be.
FTWD is just a joke now.
World Beyond looks to be in the same category as FTWD for now :dread:

Personally as soon as they reach the commonwealth they need to call it a day, if they want a semi happy ending that’s probably their best chance, if they don’t want to kill Rick off for good this time they can have him welcome the group into the commonwealth and have an episode or two after tying up people’s storylines, plus he’d get to see how Judith has grown up and learn about his son. The trio of films focusing on Rick can be how he survived and adapted into the commonwealth.

Sorry if there’s anything spoiler-y in the above, just my brief thoughts.

Edit, just watched the mid season finale, meh episode on the whole. feels like Michonne is going off with Virgil just to write her out of it towards the end of the series, that benny hill scene at the end as well :fp:

So am I the only one watching the Walking Dead?

Negan off’ing Alpha and Carol being in on his escape and infiltration of the Whisperers the whole time

It’s like I went from absolutely hating Carol the last load of episodes to “ooooh Carol :datass: “ in the space of a minute.

I’ve been watching it, it’s got to the point where I really don’t look forward to it anymore though.

First few episodes back have been ok I guess?
