Anybody who reads a spoiler in a thread dedicated to a specific game/movie/book/TV show only have themselves to blame. Stay out of the thread until you have finished. :fp:

It took me a while to find this thread and I know I'm very late to play, but at least I bought it on sale from PSN a couple of weeks ago. :P

I've started it today and what a fantastic episode it was! :o A few situation, I had to make a decision really fast to save one either of them and it wasn't easy I must say. :(

I can't wait to start Episode Two later. :D

I just got it in the XBLA sale too.

Is it a good idea to spread them out a little? I know once I start I'll want to play it through to the end.

If you have the patience and restraint wait a few days / week between each one. Lets you absorb the events and helps the passage of time in game seem less jarring.

The episodic nature is well implemented, time passes between each episode and things happen you don't see, these are left to imagination with glimpses filled in through conversation.

To play them all in a row would "rush" the journey they take. The story is about a group surviving together over a period of months, and as I played the game over a similar time scale I related to it better.

Of course it's a strawberry floating ace game and you'll want to carry on straight away after each one.

Finished these the other day (after two day's worth of regular sessions) and found them to be very enthralling indeed.

For the sequels I hope they are able to get sort out the graphical/frames issue which caused visuals to freeze and or judder once in a while. I also hope the plot is less set in its ways and I am able to ditch and recruit from a larger pool of people.

The Walking Dead: Episode Two. :o

It was pretty good, wasn't it? It was shame to see Larry got killed by Kenny as it was a difficult decision to pick the side. I thought if I'd save Larry's life and he would start to be friendlier, but he's gone. :(

Just started and finished this over the course of a week.

US disc version, so DAT PLATINUM just for getting to the end was nice ( :shifty: ) although it wasnt exactly a joyous moment to get it.

Ending spoilers:

There was some serious, almost game breaking, stuttering and pausing going on in the first few episodes which killed the atmosphere, but when it was all working well, it was great.

I knew from the moment you met Clementine that one of you would die, although I always assumed it would be her, especially when she got taken.

The last episode had such a feeling of impending doom about it, I was dreading the ending.

I got her to shoot me btw, she needed to do it imo.

I've not played the game, but I've had similar thoughts playing any game that involves making choices that pisses characters off. I say it in Civ all the time.

Oh holy gooseberry fool.

I'm about half way through Episode Three and it has been a proper strawberry float up so far.

It was a debate whether who should be staying or going and during the escape in the RV. Lilly shot Carley in front of Lee, Clementine and Ben. What a bitch!

Also, I had to kill Duck as well. For Kenny's sake, as he looked he couldn't do it after his wife Katjaa shot herself in the head.

Brilliant, just brilliant so far.

Oh, what a shame. :P

I've completed Episode Three last night and it was great. :o

I can't wait to play Episode Four soon and I try to give some space in between every episodes so it won't be ruin the experience in one go.
