Looking at the weather for the next week, it’s meant to reach about 26c today, but then between 29-31 till Sunday, although when I looked at it yesterday it seemed to imply it was cooling from Sunday so the weather forecast is in thst stage where they don’t know how long it’s going to last for, so just stick another day onto the end till they can be certain.

The one plus is that the nights are meant to be around 14/15c though.

I know it’s not how it works but it’s how it seems like it does at times

That heat is blazing today; really building up towards that 32c on Saturday. Our garden at the flats is looking pretty wrecked after zero rain for so long.

It appears that way as the large scale weather pattern that leads to hot weather takes a lot to shift. Weather models have a tendency to break down these patterns too quickly so everything, cooler weather, thunderstorms ect. gets pushed back each time the model cycles.

To be honest, these days I find myself just looking more at todays/tomorrows weather and then repeating as necessary, I just enjoy complains about the warm weather

Forecast is just getting warmer :dread: today now meant to be 28 or 29c depending on report, then after today it’s saying it’s 31/32c between tomorrow and Sunday. Still meant to cool off from Monday thankfully.

The fan is on now, no ice needed yet though.

28C here today, but with a bit of a breeze so it hasn't been as bad as i thought it would.

The longer nights do help a bit too.
