Absolutely mental that the outside temp dropped 17C in a little over 12hrs.

30C at 6pm last night, 13C at 7.30am this morning.

I dream of these temperature drops.

In south east London I can confirm that last evening the temperature in my living room was 85F / 29C... and right now it's still 82F / 28C.

Yet the BBC Weather web page is saying that my area is cooler and has rain :? .

 . I have the windows open a bit but it's kinda like deciding whether you wish to die from the heat or die from hay fever.

Tough times all around.

Temperature has dropped to around 17 degrees here but with a breeze it thankfully feels cooler. If this is summer bring it on! :toot:

Stayfever is blocking up one of my ear tubes. It's made my hearing worse and if I try and lay on that side it creates what feels like a vaccum in my ear. Sucks.

Stayfever for the first year in ages is really hitting me hard even with taking medicene, it sucks.

It was hot and humid when I got to Hampton court earlier, but as the afternoon continued, there's been a few light showers and the temp seems to be dropping.

The rain has caused the pollen levels to drop too thankfully.

It's a little cooler - and a lot duller - here in south east London. We even had a few (very few) spots of rain earlier.

It still feels sticky but slightly more comfortable now.

I was at work at 6.30 this morning and it was so humid and hot even when walking to work. When i went on a break around 9.30 it was still muggy at lunch time it was more cloudy and looked like we was going to get a downpour. But by the time i had finished at 2pm it was a lot cooler by then and its more bearable now and there has been some light showers

It really is a lottery what kind of weather we’ll get. 2018 was just prolonged heat over the best part of a couple of months. 2019 and 2020 weren’t too bad from what I remember , 2021 was bad at points. Who knows what we’ll get this year!

2020 had the best spring weather ever, and none of us could go out properly and enjoy it.

Not for me, I was at work, outside in it everyday. It was horrible. I would much rather have been stuck at home.
