What does everyone have in the background when they are on a Skype call? I'm getting mad anxious my boss is going to judge me for having an untidy kitchen.

We had a team meeting over Zoom yesterday. The boss said it was a “cameras on” meeting. I just left my camera off, strawberry float letting them see me in my pants.
Was fun seeing other people’s homes though. Although one bloke had a bookcase behind him and one of the books clearly had “HITLER” on the spine.

The book case is the go to background for people who want to appear intelligent on webcams. Bonus points if they've made sure all the spines are arranged towards the camera, and the camera is angled up enough to show their posh light fittings.

My old flatmate found a copy of that when he was clearing his gran's house out after she died a few years ago.
Right guys, I’ve been WFH for 65 minutes and I’m BORED. Turns out my ADHD-esque personality isn’t well suited to hanging out in my kitchen.
I’d like volunteers to run some short competitions / quizzes / training that we can all dial into via zoom (if we’re available). If you want to come up with something, then let me know and I’ll slot it into the diary (so we don’t get ALL THE FUN ON ONE DAY)
Idea that other teams have used are:
- Photo competition of random house objects
- Trivia quiz
- Weekend round up
I think we can go further. I’m looking forward to Laura’s Friday 4pm cocktail making demonstration….
Please do volunteer to do something good for your colleagues….

What's it called "I Won't Let The Sun Go Down (On the Third Reich)"?
