The Witness - from the creator of Braid

I came to this late and wanted to like it but in the end came away struggling to see what the fuss was about.

There's nothing wrong with it, it's a decent enough puzzle game, but there's little that really marks it out as special.

I really liked it but... got to admit, I was no way in intelligent enough for it and so, have retreated on several occasions. If they port it to the switch, like those old WiiU games..., I’ll probably be daft enough to give it yet another punt.

If you stuck with baba, you'll love this.

Anyone who played The Witness and has a PC needs to play The Looker. It's a surprisingly well designed parody of The Witness and it's fantastic, funny and free. It's also quite short, only took me about 70 minutes.

I was in no way intelligent enough for 100% but was able to complete it. With a pen, paper and cameraphone, I'd contend anyone could do the basic completion.

Must be said again: anyone with experience of The Witness with a PC (or a Mac, maybe the game will run through Wine or something like it) needs to play this wonderful game.
