Is that the swamp area? There's some really tricky ones in there, as well as some really really clever ones.

I think so, Ad... there are waterways here and it leads down to the sea.

For "only" being a puzzle game, The Witness can be bloomin' lovely.

I've spent some time on this... but can't get anywhere. It looks impossible! You have to draw the line to divide the coloured blobs... but the way they're arranged means that you can't group them off without going over your line.

I know that you can make smaller groups, but this still doesn't work out. Harrumph.

Will return later. Hopefully with a new idea.

That set has an absolutely genius solution, don't even look up a hint

As a general clue/reminder for the whole game really, the areas you in have clues as to how the puzzles work as much as the panels themselves do.

I don't know if I'm thinking a little too outside-the-box... but is it to do with mixing (grouping) colours? I can see the nearby flowers. Hmmn...

Right... done that first panel... but I'm not quite sure why the sequence was right and so I'm stumbling on the second one. I need to look at it logically.

If you're not sure why the solution worked for the first one it's probably best to not move on to the second one. Go back to the first puzzle and try to really figure it out.

Yeah, I can see that it has something to do with flower colours(I think). The flowers are green, white/pale blue and dark blue/purple... but that first puzzle only required the green and white/pale blue ones to be selected.

It doesn't help that I'm a bit colour blind :fp:  .

No... that definitely does not help.

Still, you did see the colours well enough to solve it (even if you can't see why that solution should work).

I think I'm gonna need a hint. Is it to do with the colours of the flowers inside the room or the colours of the flowers outside the room (i.e. the previous puzzle area room)?

You can always just go somewhere else. Leave this area for later. When you get back to it some hours later you'll see it with new eyes, you'll know more about how the game works and what to look out for in the environment.

But if you insist... here's the most vague and unhelpful hint I could think of (that's still relevant):
Last chance to turn back.
I mean it.
Both and neither.

...my brain is blowing up. I think I'll have to leave this room and come back to it.

Man, this game. You feel like a genius when you solve something... but a bit of a dunce when you can't. I like it, though :-).

(Thanks for your help, Ad and OSC  ).

I'm in a bit in a dessert with the umbrella corporation. On the 3rd or 4th lot of puzzles here and got stuck last night. Was really enjoying it and looking forward to returning.

I had this at one point I guess it was on xbox game pass. I may need to aquire it as I was really enjoying it when I played it, ended up getting distracted by real world stuff I think.
