Everyone else works overtime, I don't because I chose not to.
Because of that everyone else is more up to date than me.

I'm thinking we need to have an informal meeting just so we can look at throwing around some ideas to help us reduce the erm... discrepancy. Maybe look at a PIP.

To be honest I reviewed your suggestions, downloaded them and have looked at ways I can trim the fat or leverage that extra 150% but frankly I don't care that much.
