Neither did I. I've been rescheduling all of Ron's meetings to March 31st and now he has 94 meetings tomorrow

Should've scheduled it for March 31st! There is no March 31st.

Tomous gets it :datass:

strawberry floating 16:15 and two different people send me hours worth of work at the same time expecting it to be done ASAP.

A situation that very easily could be avoided with proper management of resources but strawberry float it, I've told them it'll take a couple of days so I'm not going to rush.

Just heard back from the agency and I'm the front runner for the role and a decision will be made later today. I made sure to thank the guy for putting me forward whatever the outcome so hopefully he'll feed that back to the employer as well.

If I get offered the job, I'm definitely taking it but I'll be so nervous

Not too long left in the day now...

It's possible they'll contact me tomorrow. He may have said they're having a meeting today and I incorrectly inferred that I'd be hearing back today. Not worried too much... yet.

The agency guy often works late though so there's still a chance I'll hear from him today. He called me at half 6 once. Guess he lives in his office.

Yeah they might be meeting to make the decision internally today but that doesn't necessarily mean they'll be informing candidates at the same time.

Hopefully they don't leave you hanging too long though!

"Oh hi, Zilnad

I know you're still working on that mountain I sent you last minute yesterday but here's even more stuff that needs to be done today. I know it's month end so I thought I'd send it over early to give you plenty of time to get it done before end of play"

Just strawberry float off

From my second interview at mad catz it was over a week until I heard back, to the point I was just expecting the thanks but no thanks email. We were going to bed at a out 10.30pm and my phone bleeped, and I had an offer come through by email. We immediately grabbed a bottle of champagne and stayed up celebrating :toot:

Don't give up hope!

Wow, just wow. External HR company must have carried out an on-site inspection because a long list of tasks just got emailed through ranging from issues such as "blocked fire exits" to "no social distancing" to "limited work space" and more.

:dread:

Horrific but it's vindication that all my fears were warranted.

Just got the call to come back into the office. Told them straight that I won't be back until late June when the government WFH advice changes.

They were completely thrown, stuttering and saying how much I'm missed by everyone.

They're going to pass my comments on to the directors and let me know the outcome

Just been told it’ll probably be 2022 before there’s plans to get back in the office.
