Moggy is a self-confessed stander. Is anyone really that surprised he also wears jumpers without anything underneath?

At a desk or to wipe?

I'm concerned we've turned into a ResetEra thread here

To be fair, I've never worn my hoodie with nothing else underneath in a work or education environment. There were a few times I did so when getting near the summer while in uni accommodation, but on the few occasions someone walked in to the kitchen while I had the zipper open I covered up quick enough.

That's the most blatant No Context thread bait I've ever seen

One of the projects in our office was having some kind of celebration today and ordered in doughnuts and muffins for their team. Whoever did it must have massively over-catered as there is now a literal mountain of leftovers that have been put up for grabs in the shared kitchen. :toot:

Doughnuts are a suitable meal right? :slol:

I was laughing to myself as I was typing it, as after every bit I could picture it being a quote in the No Context Thread.

T-shirts are underwear, so if you're wearing a jumper hoodie without anything under it, it's the same as wearing no pants at all. Literally the same.

Plus it gets smelly quickly like getting balls or ass on your trousers except pits meaning you wash it more and so it doesn't last as long as washing any kind of fleece slowly ruins it (piling etc). Good jumpers/hoodies can be expensive.

Hell yes. Vitamin D. For doughnut.

We just had an email celebrating the gender equality of the company. They are proudly stating that they exceeded their target and now have increased the senior female population of the company to 30%!

So less than a third of senior people have vaginas and they think that’s a good thing?

30% is better than many places I would imagine, but yeah clearly there is some way to go before getting the party poppers out!

What qualifies as a "senior" person?

I've no idea what a "senior" person is. We've been recently bought out and so I have no idea of the management structure.

30% might be higher than other places, but it is still piss poor.

Pretty sure our place has around 10 Directors and I can only think of two that are female.

Looks like they were targeting the global average:

In 2019, 29% of senior management roles are held by women, the highest number ever on record

So well done on being average :toot:

Since I joined my place, it's been run almost entirely by women at Director level upwards. And this is a big organisation. For three years it's been a catastrophically-managed, vicious cycle of evil women sacking other evil women and being replaced by a range of women (not all evil). Staff satisfaction surveys are at an all-time low. Financial deficit at an all-time high.

I've actually never had a male line manager in my entire professional career. I've only ever known female leadership.

I've had management and leadership from a fairly equal mix of both male and female colleagues throughout my career and have never felt that the quality, skill or effectiveness that any of them offered was in any way dictated by their gender.

I think the average is more like 2-5% in reality, but maybe I'm inexperienced.
