I got the feeling that crowd last night didn't get the New Day Oscar reference. At all.

Looks like those Cena & Nikki vs Miz & Maryse Wrestlemania rumours were right going by Smackdown.

That looks amazing :slol: Smackdown staying edgy, I like it. Going to watch the full thing for once.

Wouldn't really say hes a face though, Orton is always that in between like Stone Cold, with mostly being heel since with Wyatt. Stone Cold also used to destroy everything of McMahons May have preferred Wyatt triple threat but Orton vs AJ vs Wyatt should be fantastic.

AJ won't be included in the match, they're setting him up to face Shane

It's kind of back to front how SmackDown is the more 'WWF' of the two shows, when in your mind you expect it to be RAW. RAW is a bit like NXT in which you can miss it a couple of weeks and find storylines are almost exactly where you left them before. RAW: SOME WRESTLING HAPPENED! TUNE IN NEXT WEEK! In fact RAW is like those American cop shows in which every episode practically happens in isolation, and the only ongoing plot is a will they/won't they love interest that frustratingly never comes to fruition (NCIS).

The highlight of RAW was the ring rope exploding.

Wow that's actually awesome. It's a shame smackdown isn't on WWE network because I'd watch it every week.

Impact have a new UK TV deal with Spike. From Spring we'll be getting weekly episodes of Impact on a Friday night, PPVs and One Night Only specials on Spike and My5 will get Explosion.

Nice. Wonder how well that subscription app they had is doing.

Would this not make the app redundant?

Its been granted, appearing at an event in Norwich soon. Disapointed, not done anything good with him in ages but really liked him.

'We The People' gimmick would still get a big reaction even appearing once every 3 months.

I didn't really understand what happened when he briefly turned up on SD a while ago, it looked like they something planned for him then it all got dropped and he disappeared.

On SD at the moment, it really seeks like the edgier show compared to raw.

TNA Impact Spoilers for some point in the future:

Bruce Prichard appeared and spoke about his previous run with the company. He announced that TNA as a name is dead, and Impact Wrestling is officially the new name going forward. Bruce said it was important he know the champion, and brought out Lashley. Prichard said he didn’t know if anyone could beat Lashley. Alberto El Patron (a/k/a Alberto Del Rio) came out. EC3 was out next and said El Patron had to earn his shot. Lashley said EC3 already lost to him, and he would face El Patron later in the show.

Dutch Mantel drove his scooter onto the stage. He spoke about making Impact great again. He mentioned names from the past and said they left because the company lacked leadership, vision, and respect. He said the fans left and he wants to bring them back by giving Impact back tot he fans. He had the fans stand and said, “We the People will make Impact great again.”....

Alberto El Patron defeated Lashley to win the Impact Wrestling Championship. There were ref bumps and perhaps a Dusty finish. Two referees argued about who won the match, and then Earl Hebner joined them. Bruce Prichard and other company officials also came out. El Patron left with the title belt.

Orton vs Styles on SD next week. Wrong he needs to earn his spot again (clearly a set up for this awful Shane WM match), but I'm so looking forward to it.

AJ vs Shane is a waste of Styles but at least it'll be a good test of the old Triple H adage about a wrestler being so good they could have a great match with a broom
