It's just such a stupid, needlessly negative post, I'm actually quite annoyed by it and not really sure what reaction you were expecting from that. Sorry you didn't have a great time here, but "a hellhole" and "Bath on meth" whatever that means - what the actual man. The Hydro, where Clash at the Arena Castle is taking place, is one of the newest and most modern venues capable of hosting a PLE in the UK. It's also in a fantastic area full of great pubs, clubs and restaurants that anyone coming up for the show will thoroughly enjoy.

And I mean, Obviously Glasgow's a shithole in places, but no more so than any other major UK city. A few pothole-marked roads and the joy of Easterhouse do not "a HeLlHoLe" make.

I mean, both cities have their poorer areas but the city centre is lovely imo?

I’ve been to Glasgow twice I think and the city centre has the hallmarks of gentrification tbh. Merchant City I want to say? Not even meaning that in a bad way, it’s all modern now! The whole riverside area where the hydro is is well looked after.

Find me a city in the UK that doesn’t have a drug problem in its poorer areas and you’re a liar. Were you hanging about Govanhill or sommat?

What we all thinking for perhaps the best Wrestlemania for many year? There’s a fair few I’m not sure about so there’s a lot of unpredictability about it which makes it more enjoyable. I’m hoping Reigns retains on Sunday as well now but I’m not expecting it.

I don’t think calling someone out for making a stupid comment is overreacting to anything. As I said earlier, why make a post unprompted to gooseberry fool all over a place - where’s the need for it? Who benefits from the comment? This part of the world seems to have a terrible reputation south of the border, one which is completely undeserved. As someone who happily lives here it is incredibly tiring and frustrating to hear the same nonsense over and over again, so I’m gonna challenge it wherever I see it. Apologies if it derails the thread a bit for a page or two.
