Catching up with NJPW prior to Saturday's show (which I'll have to watch on Sunday ). Lenny (The Genius) has been a lot of fun on commentary, especially with the lack of Don Callis, and I had no idea he was Macho Man's brother. The whole Young Lion thing has finally sunk in. I didn't realise the guys frequently opening shows in plain black trunks and boots were the same guys in white directing traffic and attending to the wrestlers, or moving the crowd if the action spills outside. I guess that's like their NXT?

Bushi and Takagi have definitely been stealing the shows in this tag league thing. I'd love to get some LIJ merch, I wonder what the best way would be without getting stung by customs. Curious to see where this Ibushi and Tanahashi thing is going.

NEW YORK (AP) — Police are investigating the mysterious deaths of two sisters from Saudi Arabia whose bodies, bound together with tape, washed up on New York City’s waterfront last week.

The sisters, Tala Farea, 16, and Rotana Farea, 22, were discovered Oct. 24 on a bank of the Hudson River, about 225 miles from Fairfax, Virginia, where they lived and were reported missing in August.

As of Tuesday, investigators still had not determined how they died. The sisters’ bodies were taped together and facing each other, but had no obvious signs of trauma, police said. They were both fully clothed.

Probably the best time to bring him back as the spotlight won't be on him. Plus wwe likely aren't paying for him.

He was a request of the government along with Yokozuna and Ultimate Warrior, and I guess Vince wasn’t prepared to dig the other two up.

In all fairness if anybody else won it we’d be saying “who cares, it’s a nothing tournament on an over blown house show”, Shane winning is flat out hilarious!

The Universal championship match goes 5 minutes, Shane McMahon wins a night long tournament he wasn’t even in, and Triple H and geriatrics main event another PPV.

Hell of a show.

This match has a potential one hour of time. Even Trips can't be insane enough to think he can carry these 3 for even half of that.

Is this the WWE making the worst show on purpose as their 'strawberry float you' to the Saudis because I'm into it.
