Director keeps missing the spots. And with a spot monkey floppy and sloppy match that sort of sucks.

The best American non WWE show I’ve seen of the last decade or so was ECW One Night Stand, ironically from WWE. But for everything else, even World of Sport over here, WWE has set the standard and everyone seems to find it extremely difficult to deviate from their production and style template too much. The backstage stuff for example never used to be a WCW thing, but quickly became a staple of wrestling since the WWF started doing it. And TNA could never stop going ‘to the back!’ for general wackiness.

WWE did try mixing it up with that floating camera and other changes to SmackDownLIVE but that lasted all of 2 months...

I went with ITV Box Office because it was the first show, so I was fearing some teething problems with streaming it, much like the first Wrestlemania on the Network.

From what I’ve seen so far, AEW are extremely good on their video packages though.

I’ve just remembered where I’ve seen those entrances before, TNA used them.

This is more like it! They should have skipped the preshow and had the actual event be their first ever matches and showing.

Was thinking of staying up to see #STRONGHEARTS. But also SCU are there, so I'm going to bed.

Hope they put on a good show tonight, excusing a few missteps, because this PPV is actually an expensive purchase in the US ($50 I believe).
