A botched Jackhammer into a botched Tombstone Piledriver into a botched Chokeslam. No replays.

No wonder Undertaker looks pissed. That was easily the worst Chokeslam since Undertaker tried it on Hogan at Judgment Day.

Yeah actually quite enjoyed it up until last few minutes.

Its great having these things at normal times but annoying you know theres not a sniff of a title changing hands.

Goldberg says on Twitter that he knocked himself out:

twitter.com/goldberg/status/1137146190456401920

"Knocked myself out and thought I could finish.... love my fans.....but let u down. Everyone else that found 'pleasure' ..... hope ur happy"

Presumably it was when he ran himself into the ring buckle, but he was already slightly bleeding before the match even started having either head-butted a locker or the door...for some reason. It’s not like there was a camera in the room like the old days. The tombstone where his head hit the canvas probably didn’t help either.

I look forward to Terry Funk headlining the next one.

Feel sorry for a lot of the wrestlers too. They’ve got house shows on Sunday, RAW Monday, and SmackDown Tuesday. Brutal schedule.

His shirt! Won't be able to watch until later tonight, but I'm really looking forward to it. Some potentially great matches on the card.

Moxley, Shingo and KENTA all in the G1...yes please :datass:

Ospreay continues his streak of amazing matches and Naito and Ibushi continue their streak of wanting to murder each other. Thumbs up

That's a classic Shibata shirt, but I now realise why he wore it

The great thing about the G1 is that they guy have top guys not win the whole thing but look outstanding. They're going to have to be very careful with how they book Mox if hes not winning it imo.

Ospreay Takagi II Iin the finals?

Unlikely that either of them will finish with positive win/loss records. If I was to guess, I'd say Ibushi/White. Ibushi/Naito could also be a possibility, but I'm pretty sure Naito would be the first IC champ in the final ever if it ended up like that.

Apparently there were 8 RAW superstars on SmackDown last night, double that of what it was originally billed as being by WWE when they introduced the already nonsensical Wild Card rule.

I’ve noticed quite a few people mention how they’re now convinced Shane McMahon is going to win the WWE title. Could you imagine...
