Checking social media, some people’s billing dates have changed without their knowledge, shifting between 2 and 3 weeks later than it should be.

All sorts of issues since this app upgrade. Clearly rushed it out before anything was ready.

The Network a complete pile of gooseberry fool streaming Live on Xbox One so I’ve swapped to the PS4 to see if that’s any better.

Fake Edit: Christ, the framerate bottoms right out intermittently on PS4. Like this stream is pushing the Pro to its limits, or the equivalent of trying to play 4K video on an underpowered PC. Ridiculous.

Just got back from seeing Takeover in Toronto. Entirely worth it for the Cole v Gargano match and the Triple Threat. Ridiculous how over Cole is, shame they’ll ruin him when they move him up! Also based on the end, after filming I assume Gargano is being moved up, I look forward to him being on 205 Live in a year...

Great crowd too, not a chance in hell Summerslam will come close to it tomorrow.

Good show overall ruined for a lot of people because the Network is currently a pile of gooseberry fool. The show fast forwarded just before the last pin in the main event so I missed the finish, and spent 5 minutes trying to rewind it back so I could watch it as it kept locking up and issuing a Sorry error message.

Yim is God awful. Should be nowhere near a title shot and her gimmick is utter cringe.

Io Shirai is the only one id buy beating Baszler on that roster right now.

Think this is the first NXT I haven’t bothered to watch. The roster doesn’t seem to be changing at all. I mean I don’t watch the weekly show but the card felt very uninspired last night.

The sheer number of people having issues on the WWE Network once again tonight across social media and message boards is immense. It’s like they’re just doing everything possible to run off their fans at the moment.

Dave Meltzer has been having a load of problems as well.

Literally the only good thing so far about this complete technical gooseberry fool show is that these are back...

...and so is the Pyro.

The entire card for the G1 finals was absolute quality.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up that this is the start of the build to KENTA vs. Shibata at Wrestle Kingdom but...but...that mummy strawberry floating tease.

Guessing we're getting Okada vs. Suzuki in London, which I am fine with. Also, best Jay White match ever.

If that gets on the card I'd legit make a concerted effort to get tickets for the show.

I can see it going one of two ways. Shibata is in a Daniel Bryan situation where he wants to come back, but he can't get cleared. Either 1) He manages to get cleared at some point over the next 4 months or 2) (probably more likely) we get Bullet Club vs. LA Dojo at WK, something like KENTA, Tonga, Hanare and Ishimori vs. Goto, Romero, Fredericks (who is going to be a strawberry floating star, btw) and Connors, with Shibata in their corner. That'd be pretty cool.

We're also going to get KENTA vs. Ishii at some point soon, surely. Holy strawberry float.

Glad to see this place is no longer a WWE echo chamber, 1 post during Summerslam

Royal Quest is shaping up like this:

Almost definitely:
Okada/Suzuki
ZSJ/Tanahashi
Aussie Open/GOD

Maybe:
Kenta/Ishii
Ospreay/El Phantasmo

Naito, Ibushi, White and Ospreay are also confirmed.

I can't decide if Ishii or Shingo was my MVP, thinking about it. Let's see...a few words for each wrestler this G1:

Lance Archer - VERY impressive
EVIL - Good, always reliable
Bad Luck Fale - Absolute trash
Kota Ibushi - Worthy winner
KENTA - Ehhhh inconsistent but his best matches were excellent
Kazuchika Okada - Fantastic, shockingly
Will Ospreay - A Block MVP
Zack Sabre Jr. - Slow start but a great last few matches
SANADA - Don't see the big deal tbh, never really have
Hiroshi Tanahashi - Winding down... :(

Jeff Cobb - Love a good hoss and he fills that role
Hirooki Goto - Best I've ever seen him
Tomohiro Ishii - Joint B Block MVP
Jon Moxley - A real fire under his ass, he's looked excellent
Tetsuya Naito - Disappointing
Juice Robinson - Easily one of the most improved wrestlers of the last year, he's great
Taichi - Much better than I was expecting
Shingo Takagi - Incredible, joint B Block MVP
Jay White - Inconsistent
Toru Yano - A few funny spots here and there but overall I get bored of him
