At least King's Divorce Court, which was the MAIN EVENT of the show, was entertaining in its absolute stupidity. The rest of the show was just dead, as were the crowd again, aside from brief moments like with the Street Profits. Kevin Owens was nowhere to be seen, nor was it addressed why he showed up so late last week.

AEW was once again really good last night, though the crowd were the weakest in terms of noise level thus far.

Tyson Fury’s entrance was the real main event of Crown Jewel. I don’t know if it’s the same song he uses in boxing, but he came out to “It’s Your Thing” by the Isley Brothers. Epic light show and firework display. Strowman turned to the referee at one point and said “this is bullshit”.

Match was poor. Fury is no Rodman ‘97. Fury’s selling was also very unconvincing...mainly because he simply didn’t bother, at one point opting to sit up exactly like The Undertaker. After the match, Strowman hit the powerslam and Fury stayed down for...oooh...20 seconds.

They actually sent Lashley out with Lana!

ITV Wrestling's Twitter feed don't even state a time for AEW any more.

Ring bathed in red light again for Rollins vs Bray. What makes this even worse is that it's falls count anywhere so there are points where you can't see them as it's pitch black.

The red mood lighting is obnoxious. It didn’t work in 1997 when they used it with Kane, but back then they actually realised it after a few matches.

Nice to see how much the women’s match appeared to mean to many of the women/young girls in the crowd.

I really don't want to see another Rollins/Wyatt match. If they flip the title back, might as well give up on the Fiend.

I also like how two of the main criticisms of HIAC were the red lighting and multiple curb stomps and it felt like they doubled down on both of those here.

I'm still trying to get my head around the whole Tyson fury and Cain Velasquez thing. I just can't figure it out. My only rational explanation is that the Saudi's insisted they were brought in. That's in.

On Cain, if the rumours are right that he's signed a multi year deal with WWE then maybe they are going to make him disappear and get in shape so he returns for a redemption win over Brock. But it all seems very odd.

with cain he needs to go have surgery on his knee, his injury which has been a thing for a while now looks like is worse than hoped.
