As she's escorted to the ambulance she shoves the paramedics away and steals it, driving it to the hospital herself because she's The Man
She returns to the arena later on in the show (still with bloody hands btw) acting all solid about how she wants to fight Baszler

Add in Basler having comedic looking "blood" all around her mouth and you're spot on. Just looked like she'd put on lipstick while pissed.

Baszler is a fantastic heel but she's just so bland in the ring. I just wish she'd add more moves to her move set, but I suppose she's perfect for the main roster.
