Royal Quest has these matches confirmed:

Okada/Suzuki
ZSJ/Tanahashi
KENTA/Ishii

Yup, that's enough to get a watch from me.

Just video on demand according to the schedule on there. Given the lineup it should be broadcast live too.

I only caught the end of Raw, but was the crowd that cold all the way through? I'm amazed, Canadian crowds are usually red hot but Summerslam was as quiet as early 90s PPVs at some points.

He’s focusing on his acting career just now. He comes back every now and then.

Sounds like Royal Quest is going be live on FITE TV rather than New Japan World. No problem paying for it since it's probably the best card they've ever put on outside of Japan.

G1 may be over but the Stardom 5-Star Gran Prix starts on Saturday :toot:

Now I suddenly have 2 hours free in the evenings again, I'm going to catch up with DDT and then re-sub to Stardom after Sept 1st to catch the end of 5*GP (and catch up in general).

You need to watch Wrestle Peter Pan but I'm sure it's around 5 hours long minus the two pre-show matches. The single light tube deathmatch was amazing

I saw most of it - the ME is my #3 MOTY I think. Might go back to watch the undercard and the lighttube and weapon rumble matches again.

Main thing is catching up on the beer garden shows :datass:

The TJPW show from the other week there that took place in a warehouse or something was pretty entertaining, particularly the weird "deathmatch" with a paddling pool, water balloons and indoor fireworks.

I saw clips of that; might need to give it a watch along with the other stuff on DDT universe.

Yeah, it'll go up 3 days later I expect.

Apparently, it's being shown live on TV Asahi in Japan, so there should be "ways" of watching it live.

I realise there's probably a lot more people with FITE than njpwworld but you'd think they'd have it directly available on their own service first right?

FITE are paying for and providing most of the infrastructure (set, pyro, production etc), so they get an exclusivity period in return. It was the same deal with the Australia shows a while back.
