Live for the first time in the UK, too. I'll still be sticking with the WWE Network, as it's only costing me £6 a month and I watch NXT on-demand anyway (and if I'm awake on Wednesday nights I'm always going to choose AEW). The PPVs are also still on their Box Office service at an as yet unannounced price.

Fans of RAW and SmackDown that are Sky customers (though on the basis of the ratings, are there that many left at this point?) and also like other sports have a bit of a knightmare decision to make, because to take up BT Sport in HD through Sky is a whopping £36.49 extra a month (with one off £20 activation fee). Alternatively they can purchase BT Sport 4K HDR separately for £25 a month via the app, which would be the more sensible choice.

If you don't care for lengthy contracts, the best value option would now appear to be BT Fibre and BT Sport app and you then purchase Sky Sports separately as and when you want it via NowTV.

Though after the debacle of that wedding last night (that warranted the return of the over-run), whether RAW and SmackDown are even worth watching at all outside of YouTube is highly debatable. SmackDown is tolerable, but to watch RAW Live I think you have to be a sadist. If the commercial breaks, late nights and recapping don't kill you, the rest of the show will. One constant throughout the last month is how dead the crowds have been, and that just makes RAW even more insufferable.

Cancel and the WWE will eventually email you a load of offers and promotions. There's also a 3 month subscription card available at WWE Shop, Smyths Toys and GAME that's occasionally discounted.

Christ, that ending angle. :fp:

This isn't 1998 anymore, teenagers ain't gonna be fapping over this stuff. If they want to see two blonde lesbians, they have plenty of sources. It's not even anywhere near sensational anymore, unless you are in the WWE corporate Republican bubble I guess. It got a minor pop, then the crowd died a death as its 2019 and nobody gives a gooseberry fool!

But they canceled the lesbian angle with Sonya and Mandy :fp:

Wasn't that because Mandy objected though?

My take on it was that Deville pushed for it and wanted to do it tastefully. It started with one angle and was then forgotten.

I can't believe they run all these vignettes on a repackaged Liv Morgan and turned her into an apparent lesbian (though I wouldn't be surprised if there's now another swerve coming, such as it's revealed next week Russev paid her to make it all up to ruin the wedding, is now herself in a relationship with Rusev, or Morgan is just crazy) when they've got a real life lesbian on their roster in Sonya Deville who publicly stated was interested in doing a gay storyline - and is also a legit fighter - and not only have they done nothing with her, they're jobbing her out to Carmella in 2 minutes.

They're going to keep running with this angle though because it's the type of car crash TV that pops a temporary rating and gets them hits on YouTube.

Am I the only one that thought the two actors/wrestlers they brought in to play the ex husband and wife were better performers than Lana, Lashly and Morgan?

I don't get what the new character is though?! She was a wildchild, had a lesbian phase and has now come back to ruin Lana's wedding in a dress suit with blonde hair. I don't get it.

From last night’s Fite.tv stream of Dynamite:

twitter.com/bradwrestletech/status/1212572792756899840

Surely the announcers must know by now that when AEW goes to commercial on TNT, Fite always stays with it in some form. Sometimes they shoot the arena wide and cut the microphones, but not always. Earlier in the night they also picked up the commentators laughing at Justin Roberts for wearing a coat the whole night. He also brought back his “Johhhhhhhhhhhhhhhn Cena Moxley” shtick too.

Good show overall though. Very wrestling heavy, which led to the best women’s match thus far.

Will Ospreay - IWGP heavyweight title match at Wrestle Kingdom next year? I could see it. So consistently . good. Having seen him at a Rev Pro show - I'm pretty sure he never takes it easy.

I really want tomorrow to be Ibushi v Naito - but gotta feel that Okada being Naito's final boss (and that he wasn't the main event last year) probably means Okada is taking this.

How these 2 in particular have to go and do a semi and main event again tomorrow is beyond me. Madmen.

Ibushi's neck must just be dust at this point.

Speaking of madmen, Sasuke missed a swanton from the top rope to the floor. That's crazy for a young cruiserweight but must be about 50
