WWE forgot that, like AEW, they don’t go to commercial breaks in some markets...

 I have no idea why this is funny or embarrassing for them as we know it’s all staged etc but for some reason it is.

Also I don’t know why the dirt sheets are making out triple h has been demoted. I would assume he’s actually asked to focus on the development of NXT. I highly doubt vince has demoted him.

Seems a complete non starter that they’d run a 5 hour show in an empty building, it’d be nigh on unwatchable. What also seems impossible is running it with a crowd. Which just leaves delaying it or moving it...but to where? Saudi Arabia has been kinda jokingly talked about, but they too have now had over a 100 confirmed cases.

I almost get the feeling Saudi Arabia would wave any ban on public gatherings to allow Wrestlemania to come over.

Has anyone been watching the ruthless aggression series on the network? It's an excellent watch.

A lot of the usual revisionist history but it's very well made.

The FCW documentary was really good.

What a greedy shower of strawberry floats. WrestleMania is one of my favorite times of the year but it’s completely unnecessary and at this stage, almost unwanted this year. I assume they’ll insist on going forward with NXT and the HOF too?

That really isn’t going to make for an entertaining 5 hours of TV (even if it’s condensed into 3 or 4). The actual matches were the least enjoyable part of SmackDown this past Friday.

I realise storylines would have been extremely difficult to drag out for months if they insist on not having any sort of programming hiatus (or doing something else in its place, such as archive, interviews, chat shows, documentaries...), but this is going to be farcical. WrestleMania in name alone.

Only silver lining is that the matches this year weren’t much to shout about.

They can’t get through these RAW or SmackDowns without airing PPV content (and rightfully so), what thinks they can manage WrestleMania!

It’s the wrestlers I feel sorry for. There is literally no reason not to tape these shows in advance. Film RAW, NXT, SmackDown and 205 Live in one day or two and let everyone go home for the week.

And as they’ve been hyping this up as 3:16 day, doesn’t it therefore make sense for your archive footage to be of, oh I dunno, strawberry floating STEVE AUSTIN?!

This empty arena episode of AEW Dynamite is showing up WWE big time, it’s been brilliant.

So many good decisions in putting this together. The hard camera facing the big stage, loads of pyro, having MJF and other wrestlers at ringside the entire time, great promos and video packages, booking a street fight in the parking lot for a future episode, SURPRISES...really well thought out. Whereas WWE has only accentuated the lack of atmosphere and crowd, AEW has gone out of their way to cover for it.

“Handwash Adam Page” - one of many great lines on this show.

Wrestlemania will now be over two nights (sat and sun), and from multiple locations.

I wonder if that’s because there’s a limit on the number of people they can have in the building at any one point.

Totally agree, it was night and day. Good choice using the roster as a crowd. Only thing I'd have done is held off on Matt Hardy for a bit longer as I felt his return was missing a bit of impact (pardon the pun) without the crowd chanting delete.

Good time to bring out some Deletion episodes at the Hardy compound now.

Apparently they're filming it this Wednesday and Thursday, to then be aired on April 4 and 5. I'm guessing there will be so few people in certain filming locations not everything will leak online.

No need to stay up until the early hours watching it now though.
