One thing i'd be curious to see is if Cena did turn heel, would the people that hate him suddenly start liking/cheering him? With a good heel turn in a weird way he could end up getting more cheers from the audience than he does now. Look at Punk for example, he's done everything he can to be hated but still gets cheered - even when attacking the Undertaker.
