Well...he's fighting Orton so I'd doubt it.

Well didn't Orton offer him the chance to join him last year? It just seems too obvious that HHH will retain the title especially now with Batista on his team. It would be a better twist if Batista turned heel. I suppose it depends on the draft next week.

This is the WWE we're talking about. The same WWE that managed to create possibly the worst WrestleMania on its 25th Anniversary :fp:

I wouldn't hold out much hope.

I haven't been too keen on any of the recent lot since WM18.

Really? 19, despite not having many stand out moments has a really solid card with a couple of cracking matches. XX is probably in my top five, the rest since then have been okay, with the exception of last night's abomination.

The one with Lesnar vs Angle was really good, was that 19?

I suppose I was a bit unfair, last years was quite good and was in a cracking venue.

My list of favourite Wrestlemanias, that I've seen

1) Wrestlemania X7 - Has to be, overall the quality of wrestling is slightly lower than number 2 on the list but as an all round show it's superior. Even the worst match on the card (Gimmick Battle Royal) was fun. Best main event too.

2) Wrestlemania 19 - Lots and lots and lots of great wrestling. Classics in HBK/Jericho, Rock/Austin, Angle/Lesnar and the spectacle of Hogan/Vince which is hugely entertaining.

3) Wrestlemania 24 - Loved this show, top to bottom great matches bar two exceptions (one being a few seconds long). Two classics as well in HBK/Flair and Edge/Taker.

=4) Wrestlemania 22
=4) Wrestlemania XX
6) Wrestlemania 21 - Strongest undercard EVER (imo)
7) Wrestlemania 23
8) Wrestlemania 25

I REALLY can't decide between 22 and 20, 22's undercard is better but it's main events pale in comparison to 20s. hmmm

I think I've got WM10 somewhere so I might watch that today

I remember hating WM10 when it first happened. The main event was rubbish and the ending was cheesy.

Not sure how I would think of it now though might have to dig out my old tapes!

Didn't Macho Man have a street fight on it?

Sounds like a good RAW.

Where did the phrase 'mark out' originate? Is it a typical USA sports term?

It would be much more of a suprise if HHH had a heel turn, and joined with Orton. This storys been on too long now anyway. It's stupid. :fp:

It's worth checking out for a couple of the other matches. Undertaker-Flair was pretty good, as was the 4 corners Elimination Tag-match. Kane vs Angle wasn't bad despite the botched finish.

If it's good then I'll feel better about paying for Mania, the way I see it that £15 would have paid for both events  8-) :shifty:
