I actually thought Raw was good. Not that much crap this week and a good amount of decent matches.

I was up last night watching the tennis, good job I didn't turn over to Raw before I went to bed as it looked like quite uncomfortable viewing. Hopefully King will pull through, thankfully it was somewhere he got pretty much immediate assistance.

Don't see anything wrong with Punk using this in future for some cheap heat as long as Lawler recovers and is fine with it.

If anything I'd think Lawler would encourage it.

EDIT: I don't understand people who say the fake "serious" tone confuses real life incident like this. It was as obvious as it could be that Cole was genuine when he was reporting this. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to notice the difference in how he reported it. I think Cole did a fantastic job and for once WWE probably got the response spot on.

I think king would tell Punk to go for the cheap heat.

Glad to hear he's recovering well. Sounds so scary from what I've heard on F4W today. Goes to show how good to EMTs are.

Then he came out to check what was happening, and then went back to the Gorilla position. HHH was running backstage. All the verbiage used by Michael Cole on the air was word-for-word what Vince was telling him to say.

WWE RAW last night averaged 4,136,000 viewers, down 67,000 from the previous week. Hour 3 was up by a considerable amount however.

Hour 1: 3,777,000
Hour 2: 4,362,000
Hour 3: 4,270,000

Considering the extremely heavy competition, I'm guessing the Lawler situation was a factor in boosting the 3rd hour.

I used to quite like New Jack but after comments like that he sounds like a right banana split!
