Huh, who said that? This thread is mostly shock and grief.
I think we'd all hope that he is made to face up to his crimes, and we'd feel that society needs to be protected from him. I guess we would agree that would involve a trial, possible deportation, going to prison for a long time, being de-radicalised if there's any chance of that, and being medically treated if he is indeed insane. I don't want him to be, like, tortured(?), that wouldn't help anyone.
