There's a guy I work with who holds his nose and shuts his mouth tight when he sneezes. It sounds excruciating and after every sneeze he says, "OW!".

Just sneeze out of your mouth into your hand and it's pretty quiet.

People who actually say, "AH CHOO!" When they sneeze do my strawberry floating nut in. The CHOO is always after the actual sneeze so obviously isn't a part of it so why do it?!

Sneezing in public? Yeah okay not the nicest thing to do but we can't help it. Sneezing in public and BEING strawberry floating LOUD ABOUT IT. strawberry floating hell. Glad I got off the bus a couple of stops after this arse got on.

Actually I have just realised my mistake. I was on the bus. Problem solved.

I always sneeze really loudly and have no idea how to stop it. I've tried holding it in and my ears nearly blew off.

I find that pushing up the bit of skin above the mouth (moustache area) helps stop a sneeze coming on. It is very weird.

Actually, I just googled that, and pinching that area below your nose is an actual thing that works for some people. Worth a try.

I didn't mean I wanted to stop the sneeze, just the massive "AAAAACHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!" that comes along with it.

Have you tried covering your mouth to muffle the noise?

Yes but as far as I'm aware cupping your hands doesn't prevent all the sound from coming out of them.

Sneeze into the inside of your elbow. Much more hygienic, as you are unlikely to be grabbing or touching anything with it.

He was actually likeable when he presented F1 on BBC (and a every capable presenter) but, ever since moving to BT Sports, he seems to have magically transformed into an unbearable, smug bellend.
