One guy in Newcastle centre once asked me for money for the Metro. I called him on it and said I'd just buy him the ticket. He lost interest...

It's the elaborate back stories that always crack me up. Their ability to weave several plot holes into a story that lasts 15 seconds is quite remarkable. They're like Christopher Nolan, but on smack.

A guy came into a takeaway I was in and asked for money for food. I offered to buy him a meal, he declined and left quite quickly. :|

I chucked 50p at a homeless dude in Glasgow and he replied "is that it?"

Well, I could take it back if you like?

Never give money to anyone. If you want to make yourself feel better, donate to a charity.

He was probably referring to your throwing technique.

Parkreiner made the silly mistake a couple weeks back in reaching into his pocket and producing several coins before picking one out to give to some dude. Naturally the guy starts getting pushy for more. Dick.

I was out in Liverpool with a mate, when at the end of the night there was a tramp begging by the chippy/pizza place. Standard.

I told him I didnt have any change, and so he turns to my mate and says hes starving. My mate drops 2 quid into his hand, which the tramp then added to a massive pile into his other hand. This tramp, no hint of shame just says, 1 more and I can get a large pepperoni and chips, and scurries off to bother other people in the queue.

Cheeky strawberry floater.

There used to be a bloke in Bristol that would always ask me for money for the bus/train. His destination and method of transport would change every single time.

“I need 50p to get the bus home to Weston”

“I need £1 for the train so I can get home to Birmingham”

I never gave him any money but I used to quite enjoy wondering what town or city he would come up with next time.

The amount of people begging or coming up to you in the street has definitely got worse. If it's not a cigarette, it's asking for varying degrees of small change.

Under age kids requesting for you to go into a newsagent and get them a packet of fags - another annoyance.

There's a guy in Belfast that does the same. Irish accent, beard.

I ignore him.

Buy a car. Shut the windows. Lock the doors. Two fingers up to the rest of the world. Send someone else to put petrol into a jerry can.

Trains and the underground are mostly fine. Buses I'm just sick and tired of now. The dirt worst of society. Cold and miserable at bus stops. Constantly attempting to follow the buses on the transport app so you cut the time at the bus stop down to the bear minimum. Bus then miraculously speeds up/slows down so it either goes sailing past, or you're just stood there next to some smelly tramp for the longest 6 minutes of your life.

BUY A CAR EVERYONE. Even if it's a 'classic' from the 80s.

USB cables of differing size! And so ensues the frustration of cycling through them all...
