That travesty of a track is a new thing to annoy me. That isn't Out(y) Run(ny), its just awful

What? It's literally my favourite Outrun theme. It's so good playing the game to it.
Magical Sound Shower > Passing Breeze > Splash Wave.

Today is the first time I've heard that track. Basically if it wasn't in the original arcade release it doesn't make the list. If I'm feeling generous I might sometimes allow remixes of the original tracks from Outrunners or Outrun 2 <spoiler> I'm rarely feeling generous <generous>
Risky Ride from Outrun 2 is decent enough but the original trio are infinitely better.

In the grand scheme of things it's not major, but I bought some expensive Sony headphones from Amazon yesterday, and within 2 hours of me ordering they lowered the price by a fiver. I asked for a refund of the difference and they said no - turns out they're not obligated to do so, which I found odd since it hadn't been shipped yet. The said the only option to me would be to return it for a refund, as it was 'too far through the system' to cancel (not that I was planning to cancel over a five, but still).

Okay, as we all know, shops need to have limited numbers in store to ensure social distancing, and one shop i was heading to (just a small independent store) had a capacity of just 6.

So why is it, when only 6 are allowed in the shop, that an entire family group (5 strong) can go bundling in all together, leaving everyone else (mostly lone shoppers) stuck outside waiting for ages.

If you're in a family group, just send 1 (or 2) of you in to the shop and let someone else have a chance, stop being such selfish dicks!

But then how would the kids know which sweets and fizzy drinks they want?

Nice! I have the 1000-xm3's, the noise cancellation on them is just incredible. They block out the world.

That's reassuring, and the reviews are universally great so looking forward to them. I've gone for the 4's, with the main difference being I can connect to 2 devices I think? They're the cheapest I've seen them, anyway, so thought I might as well since I've been considering the 3/4 for a couple of years now.

My Sennheiser ones aren't noise canceling but with the foam tips I added to them they might as well be.

I've got a pair of over ear Sennheisers, but they're not Bluetooth which is annoying as it required a hockey puck adapter that needs mains power, and they need their own cable to charge rather than being USBC. They sound great though, so I think I'll keep them, maybe for TV or main PC usage.

I really hate this trend on social media of people miming along to dialogue taken from a film or TV show or whatever.

It's something virtually anyone who speaks that language can do so it's easy likes really.

"It should be common sense to just accept the message Nintendo are sending out through their actions."

A lot of people just repeat the same scene in the same way too.

Back in my day we had vine where people created their own skits :capnscotty:

It also feels part of a much larger, and annoying, trend:

> inventive, fresh video
> copy-cats, but still somewhat inventive or rift on the original
> huge number of copy-cats, that miss what made the original special and just do the bare minimum of effort
> low-effort format becomes it's own mini-trend and outlives the initial video

It's probably been said a million times already, but most "reaction videos"... I can't handle the cringe.
