I’m about 20 episodes in to season one and it does get better from that point on, with the first few episodes being exactly as rough as I remember.

Supermarket Click and collect substitutions

My wife's birthday this weekend, so have ordered a specific set of foods and wines to make a special meal on each night as we can't go anywhere (replicating some favourites from past holdiays).

Well have a strawberry floating guess which items out of the order are not included at all. Not even a substitution. Nope, you're not having any of that. So now on top of this order, I've got to go out tomorrow after work (which I'm not happy about doing as people won't wear strawberry floating masks or stay away from each other) to get these missing ingredients elsewhere, if I even can.

The thing is, it hasn't embedded itself that much amongst normal people. I'm the only person in my friend group and family that really reads it.

What it has done is embed itself in the journalist class, because to them it's an excellent way to churn out stories. So in their myopia they feel everyone must use it as much as they do.

Definitely the worst situation when it's busy on Friday. Atleast if it's quiet you can wind down early to properly relax come saturday. I had 4 hours overtime on Saturday so I should get a decent amount of money for it, but I don't feel nearly as rested as I would normally which suuucks.

On the bus right now, listening to a woman having a domestic on the phone. She's so strawberry floating loud that even in my current deaf as strawberry float form, I can hear her.

ive never gone that far

Supposed to be having someone coming to service my ceiling hoist today at 12pm, nearly four hours later they've still not arrived.

Been sat in the kitchen all morning so I can maintain social distancing but now I'm back at my desk which basically guarantees they'll turn up.

I've said this before, but public transport. We have a pandemic, I'm sitting on the bus with plenty of seats in front of me. Some strawberry floating asshole comes up and sits right in front of me. This constantly happens.
